  1. Display Ad Network (a d/b/a operated through The Golden Thread Agency) shows your approved ad on screens in the zones of your package, in rotation with other ads and host content.
  2. Subscription billed monthly in advance; 2-month trial term, then month to month; cancel with 30 days notice after the trial.
  3. Each host business may approve, decline or later remove any ad on its own screens. If hosts with more than 25% of a zone's screens decline your ad, you may move that slot to another zone or receive a pro-rated credit.
  4. We may refuse or remove ads that break our content policy or applicable law (including alcohol, legal and financial advertising rules).
  5. You confirm you own or may use the logos, photos and claims in your ad and grant us a license to display them for the campaign.
  6. Results (scans, visits, sales) are not guaranteed. Reports show plays, estimated reach and QR scans.
